Pet Boarding Agreement
- The proprietors and the staff of Bunny Lodge undertake to treat all pets with the utmost care and respect, and are committed to the health, welfare, well-being and happiness of our guests.
- My dog(s) is/are fully vaccinated against Parvovirus, Hepatitis and Distemper PLUS Kennel Cough - comprised of both Parainfluenza and Bordetella bronchiseptica components; within the required time frames for immunity development and retention.
NO CURRENT VACCINATIONS = NO BOARDING
- My cat(s) is/are are fully vaccinated against Calicivirus, feline infectious enteritis (Panleukopenia), and Rhinotrachitis (Herpes); within the required time frames for immunity development and retention.

- I have provided all information concerning special problems or behaviour of my animals and special diets, allergies or medications that may pose a risk to my pet or others.
- I acknowledge that while the proprietors and their employees will take all reasonable care, they cannot be held responsible for injury, death, loss or damage of any kind that may occur to either my animals or their accessories (e.g. leads, toys, bedding).
- In the event that an animal is observed to be unwell, or becomes injured, I give the proprietors and their employees authority to seek and respond to, AT MY EXPENSE, any and all veterinary attention deemed necessary, including all transport costs.
- I agree not to board my female dog while "in
season" without prior discussion with and agreement
from staff of Bunny Lodge, and not to board entire
(unneutered) male cats.
- In the event that my pets’ needs are deemed incompatible with the facilities offered at Bunny Lodge, I agree to my pet(s) being moved to an alternate boarding facility.
- I agree that in the event of arrears or after due notice in writing, the proprietors shall have the right to dispose of the animals, and this shall not release me from liability for any unpaid fees or charges. Abandoned pets disposed of 10 days after due pick-up date.
- I understand that during busy periods, the proprietors reserve the right to charge for up to 10 days of boarding, including any unused days and late cancellations.
