These conditions will apply to bookings made for boarding
between 18 December and 11 January.
Minimum duration of booking is 8
days.
Payment of $100 deposit/booking
fee taken at time of booking,
to be included in the final amount. This payment is non-refundable,
and non-transferable to other bookings.
The day of check-in will be included in the charges.
The day of check-out will be included in the charges.
All days between and including 24 December to 5
January will include a $5 per pet per day
peak-season surcharge. (There are no additional Public
Holiday surcharges).
Please only one article of bedding (e.g. blankie or mattress) per pet.
No toys please (it is too difficult to keep track of them all).
Wash’n’grooms will not be possible during this time.
Reception will be closed 25 December and 1~2 January.
Bookings (with final payment) must be confirmed
by Monday 18 October.
