Christmas bookings
Open after each Easter weekend

These conditions will apply to bookings made for boarding
between 22 December 2012 and 6 January 2013.

  • Minimum duration of booking is 8 days.
  • Payment of $100 booking fee to be made at the time of booking,
    which will be included in the final amount.
  • Please note that this fee is non-refundable, and non-transferable to other bookings.
  • The day of check-in will be included in the charges.
    The day of check-out will be included in the charges.
  • All days between and including 24 December to 6 January will include a $5 per pet per day peak-season surcharge. There are no additional Public Holiday surcharges.
  • Please only one article of bedding (e.g. blankie or mattress) per pet.
  • No toys please (it is too difficult to keep track of them all).
  • Wash’n’grooms may not be possible during the days between Christmas and New Year.
  • Reception will be closed 25 December and 1 and 2 January.
  • Bookings (with final payment) must be confirmed by Wednesday 31 October 2012.
  • Please note that once the booking and dates are confirmed, this final payment is non-refundable, and non-transferable to other bookings.
